Bilypsa
Bilypsa is used to lower cholesterol levels and triglycerides in patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. It has the active ingredient of Saroglitazar which is a dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) inhibitor that is used to treat high cholesterol in people with diabetic dyslipidemia. It aids in the management of high cholesterol, especially triglycerides, as well as blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Bilypsa is used to treat unhealthy levels of fats or lipids in a diabetic patient. It is also used by patients with hypertriglyceridemia with type 2 diabetes mellitus which is not controlled by statin therapy (this is a condition of high levels of triglycerides (fat) in diabetic patients.
