Anobliss Cream
Introduction:
Anobliss Cream is a
combination medicine containing Lidocaine and Nifedipine. It is used to treat
anal fissures. Anal fissures are tears in the anal canal (opening through which
stool leaves the body). Anal fissures are often associated with tension and
spasms in the muscle surrounding the anal canal. This muscle contraction
reduces the blood flow to anus and prevents the healing of fissure. Talk to
your doctor if you have heart problems, allergic conditions, anemia, low blood
pressure, dehydration and increased pressure in brain before taking this
medicine. Common side effects include irritation in the rectal area,
Allergy at the application site. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant,
planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding before taking this medicine.

How Anobliss Cream works:
Calcium is responsible for the contraction of
muscles in the anal region causing anal fissures. Nifedipine being a calcium
channel blocker prevents the contraction of muscles in the anal area. Lidocaine
is an anesthetic that gives pain relief.

medications you are taking or have taken before the treatment.
