ANOBLISS CREAM
Introduction:
Anobliss
Cream is a
combination medicine containing Lidocaine and Nifedipine. It is used for treating
anal fissures. Anal fissures refer to
tears in the anal channel (the opening through which stool leaves the human
body). Anal fissures can be associated
with tension and spasms within the muscles surrounding the anal canal. This muscle contraction decreases blood flow to the anus and
hinders healing of the fissure. Before you
take this medication, talk to your doctor about any heart conditions,
allergies, blood disorders, hypotension, dehydration, or increased pressure in
the brain. Side effects include irritation
of the rectal area and allergy at the site of application. Before you start taking this medication, talk to your doctor

How
Anobliss Cream Works:
Anal
fissures are caused by calcium, which causes the muscles to contract in the
anal area. Calcium channel blocker Nifedipine prevents muscle contraction
in the anal region. Lidocaine, an anesthetic that provides pain relief, is
also available.
