PALBACE 125MG CAPSULE
Introduction:
Palbace 125mg Capsule is
targeted therapy that contains the active ingredient palbociclib. It is
used by women to treat a form of cancer in the breast (hormone
receptor-positive, HER2 positive breast cancer) that has advanced locally or is
spreading to other parts in the body. Cancer is a disease where cells grow
in an uncontrolled, abnormal way. The medication is used together with
other drugs.
Palbace
125mg Capsule isn't advised for children and adolescents younger than 18 years
old. Before you start taking this medication it is essential to tell your
doctor whether you are showing signs of infection (fever chills, fever, or sore
throat) or liver issues kidney problems, intolerance to sugars. Make sure
you use effective birth control during the course of treatment and for at least
3 weeks following the dose that you last took.
You
should not consume grapefruits or drink juice of grapefruit while you are
taking Palbace 125mg Capsule. Be sure to
inform your doctor about any medications such as supplements and herbal
medications, that you are taking prior to beginning treatment with this drug.

Palbace
125 mg Capsule blocks protein cyclin-dependent-kinases 6 and 4, which are
essential for the growth and division of cells. Through blocking the
proteins this medicine slows down the spread and growth of cancer cells.
